Eligibility Requirements
1. In connection with your potential participation in “THE BIG SHOW-OFF”, a live talent show event comprised of approximately eight (8) acts to be conducted on February 1, 2025 at the Cox Business Convention Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a charitable fundraising event to benefit the TULSA DAY CENTER FOR THE HOMELESS (hereafter the Contest) to be produced and arranged by TPC STUDIOS, LLC in conjunction with community volunteers for the benefit of TULSA DAY CENTER FOR THE HOMELESS (the Producers) you represent and warrant that you are:
2. You understand that to accept an invitation to be a participant in the Contest, you must execute and return a Contestant Waiver and Release and to abide by any rules of the Contest developed by the Producers and communicated to you.
3. The Producers reserve the sole right to determine your eligibility to participate in THE BIG SHOW OFF contest. You understand that the decision of the Producers regarding participation in the contest and the award of prizes or money resulting from your performance is final.
4. You understand and agree that the Producers have the sole discretion to make determinations of eligibility, performance, participation requirements, and the award of prizes. You further understand that the Producers reserve the right to change any of the eligibility requirements, performance conditions, or qualifications for prize awards at any time.
5. All videos/performance submissions become the property of Producers and may be used at their discretion for marketing purposes, including advertising, social media content, live event, etc..
- Not now a candidate for public office and agree not to become a candidate for public office until one (1) year after the Contest, if selected as a participant.
- Willing to submit to and complete a background check, in accordance with applicable laws
- Willing to travel to Tulsa, Oklahoma for rehearsals, preparation of and participation in the Contest as required by the Producers
- A United States Citizen OR a legal permanent resident of the United States OR possess a current employment authorization card (EAD card) OR am in the United States legally at the time of my initial audition.
